No personal data is required for the use of our website. However, our web server does collect data shared by your Internet browser (including the name of the accessed page or file, date and time of access, Internet browser used, the page that brought you to us (referral page), screen resolution, and operating system). These data (log files) are used to discover errors and to improve our services as well as to provide usage statistics. We abbreviate your IP addresses so there is no personal information included in the stored data. This data can therefore not be used to trace individual users.
We additionally collect information about your use of our website from “Google Analytics” and “Google Maps,” which are described in the section below.
Google Analytics
We utilize functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Analytics uses cookies. These are text files stored on the website visitor’s computer that allow us to analyze use of our website. The information collected by cookies during your use of our online offer are generally transmitted and stored on a Google server in the U.S..

Google will use this information within the terms defined in our order processing contract in accordance with Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to analyze your use of our online offer, to assemble reports about activities within this online offer, and to provide us with further services associated with the use of this online offer and the internet. Anonymized user profiles can be created from this processed data.
We only use Google Analytics with IP anonymization activated. This means that Google abbreviates the IP addresses associated with users within member states of the European Union and other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the US and abbreviated there. The IP address transmitted by your browser is not combined with other data by Google.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Namely the improvement of our online offer with the help of the collected anonymized data.
You can prevent the collection of your data generated by the cookie and related to your use of this online offer and the processing of this data by Google by clicking on the following deactivation link. This will set an opt-out cookie that will prevent your data from being collected on future visits to this website.
Google Maps
In order to make it easier for you to get to event venues, we have embedded maps from the Google Maps service on our website. Google Maps’ service provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Data processing takes place firstly on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) insofar as you enter data into the route planner voluntarily and secondly on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in displaying our event venues and making them easy to find. Google is certified under the EU-US-Privacy Shield (see https://www.privacyshield.gov/list), which ensures an adequate level of data protection.
If you use the route planner offered by Google Maps, the data you enter and possibly your IP address will be processed by Google. This is subject to Google’s Data Privacy Policy, which you can view at https://policies.google.com/privacy You can deactivate Google Maps to prevent data transmission to Google by deactivating JavaScript in your browser.
Automated Decisions, Profiling
There is no use of automated decision-making, including profiling.
Revoking Declarations of Consent Previously Given
Having provided consent to allow us to process your data does not deprive you of the right to revoke that consent at any time with immediate effect going forward. This revocation of consent does not affect the legally permissible processing of data that was collected before you revoked your consent.
Your Rights
You have the right to receive information from us about all of your personal data that has been processed, the right of correction or deletion of these data, or the restriction of processing. Furthermore, you have the right to object to data processing. You can additionally revoke your consent to the use of your data at any time. Should you revoke your consent or raise an objection, we will delete your data unless we are legally obliged to store it or entitled to do so for legally compelling reasons. If you revoke consent, the legality of data processing prior to your revocation remains unchanged. You are entitled to receive data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.Please contact us if you believe your data has been used contrary to legal regulations. We are often able to address your concerns in a direct conversation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the respective supervisory authority.
